    RETURNS FOR NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS:  Unopened products in original packaging purchased from the Tiny Love Store may be returned within 6 months for a full refund or exchange.  We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 6 months.  

    DEFECTIVE TOYS/REPLACEMENT PARTS:   For product that was purchased within 6 Months or less that is defective, please email customerserviceusa@tinylove.com or call 1888-TINYLOVE (888-846-9568). If a product was purchased within 6 months or less we require proof of purchase, we will replace the part or the product plus free shipping of replacement part/product. If the product was purchased through the Tiny Love Store, no proof of purchase is required. For products purchased over 6 months previous to claim of defect, replacement parts are available for purchase.
